Don’t ignore the change

Change is coming so fix the roof while the sun is shining.

Change is part of life. So why can’t we embrace it, but more importantly, act before we get into crisis mode and have to move urgently?

We struggle to do it now because it’s not yet raining, and the pain isn’t great enough. But, you wouldn’t patch a roof when it’s pouring down.
